Add pictures to your article

Add pictures via an URL

You may simply integrate the web address (URL) of a picture, e.g. http://www.my_homepage.com/media/my_x-ray.gif

Please do not use pictures with a foreign copyright (see terms and conditions).

Add pictures from the database

Via its direct connection to the Medicalpicture database the Flexikon offers a comfortable possibility to add pictures to any given article:

Simply open the article and click on "Manage pictures" in the menu on the right side of the page. Please enter your catchwords for a quick search in the database.

The list of results contains thumbnails. Click on a thumbnail to enlarge the picture. To add a certain image to your article please tick the box next to your chosen picture.

By clicking on "Add choice" you automatically fit the selected pictures(s) into a table at the end of the article.

Delete pictures

If a Flexikon page does already contain pictures, these are shown together with a "Delete choice" button if you click on "Manage pictures". Please mark the pictures you wish to delete via the tick-box and click on "delete choice".
